    Your on it!

I have been to many sites and this one is the best by far.

I guess this sounds corny but it is like a family that gets together and shares info and knowledge about ponds, fish, plants and the list goes on.

Everyone is very open and welcoming to the new people and always positive and encouraging.

What other site will someone write a poem to you about the fact that you have been struggling with green water all summer.

Thanks again Jim for the poem.

    Welcome and enjoy

    Dodie

I love it here but have found another place to call home where the people are just as genuine and as close or closer. www.americanponders.com

This was a great site to start off on years ago, I'm very busy these days and I tend to spend my time more on some smaller sites but just as friendly if not more and just as experienced if not more Koi Reflections http://www.backyardpuddle.com/forum/index.php?
and yes American ponders is a great site, but larger also.

Thank you Marla & Jefe for the new websites on ponds. I'm looking for all the info I can get to construct a pond. Thanks El Jefe for the dharma. It really works when you pay attention each moment. JB

If you want info from experts on koi, thier health and dedicated koi ponds then try these koi sites....they are not into water gardening or rock at all...be forewarned. The info you can get is the best there is though for these fish

I'd highlight what Graham said: they are not into water gardening or rock at all...be forewarned Some of the members at these boards can be brutal to ponders who have rocks and some won't give you the time of day. But there is so much information available at these sites that is well worth reading.

Another site if you have fish problems is:

    Koi sites

Look up a Koi, or Water garden club in your area. They have the information you may need. I have been a member of both and you have to deceifer the information you need from the both of the clubs. You get the best of both worlds.

The gardenpondforum.com is also another decent site that I've been looking for advice on recently.
